Whose house? Cheese house!!!

The purple group started our day at the cheese house! We put on our mad scientist outfits and boots and got to work! It didn’t smell nearly as bad as we thought it would! It just smelled like ammonia because that’s what the cheese naturally gives off! We gave the cheese a little brine bath and put it back on its shelf. It was very satisfying!

When we got back to the dorm, we have French toast with real Vermont maple syrup! It was delicious. Then, the breakfast clean up crew got the place all tidied up!
