Chores first!

This morning we started the day with a little downtime and snack before starting morning chores at 7am.

The Blue Crush team visited the cheese house and learned cows milk is turned into cheese. The team washed up and suited up so that we could help in the cheese making process by helping to clean the cheese wheels. We learned that each cheese wheel weighs 20 pounds and takes 200 pounds of cow milk to make!

Now we are eating a well-balanced breakfast with homemade ingredients. We are learning that it is important to stay healthy and hydrated in order to have enough energy for farm activities!
